Its stunning, central location was a plus. The staff team was diligent, the rooms were lovely looking and equipped with own sound system and free standing bath, as example. I had outstanding food for breakfast for my taste.

We appreciated good looking and well-organised rooms and great food.
The location was beautiful, close to all the many Kyoto " must see " sights, and main sightseeing locations, where are the hot springs. The staff were always attentive and excellent. The room was super clean and with large beds...

the perfect valentine's day getaway in kyoto. the screen exceeded our expectations with personalized touches for our honeymoon, from champagne on the roof to swans made from towels in our room. the spacious and beautifully designed apartment-style room was a luxurious retreat. highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the style of the room was beautiful. We especially loved the spa bath, which was perfect for relaxing. The hotel was clean and fancy, with a King-size bed and an expansive bathroom. The staff's attentiveness to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant was able to accommodate my food allergies, providing me with delicious and healthy meals. The presentation of the dishes was also incredibly beautiful. The location of the hotel, next to the imperial palace and a lovely park, made it easy to explore the city. we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular dining options and shopping areas, allowing us to easily explore the city. The rooms were well-appointed, with a kettle and nespresso machine provided for our convenience. The decor, featuring contrasting colors and unique artwork by different artists, added a touch of modernity to the space. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to freshen up. The staff was attentive and helpful, offering assistance with future reservations and providing information about local attractions.
The hotel lacked some of the extra touches that we had come to expect from other establishments, such as a welcome cocktail or happy hour.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is delightful to walk around, with many interesting shops and restaurants nearby. It is also within easy walking distance to the main shopping area and close to the imperial garden. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is of good quality. Moreover, the hotel has a fancy restaurant and a spa, adding to guests' convenience and relaxation.
The hotel's location may not be ideal for those who need to be close to the nearest metro station.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as it was near the train stations and within walking distance to many great areas of this city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I particularly enjoyed the elaborate breakfast and the cleanliness of this hotel. Its facilities were also impressive, and I appreciated the access to parking.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Kyoto and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with two subway stations and train stations within walking distance. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a separate tatami-mat tea area and a new bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, offering both Japanese and western-style options. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the sunset.
There was a minor issue with the rooftop bar. On a few occasions, there were no staff members available, and we had to call reception for service.

Enjoyed the hotel, it is stylish and clean, has unbeatable and excellent location unable to recommend a restaurant. Location: the property was close enough to a pretty shrine on beautiful as well as kyoto can offer. It was just close to Japanese Restaurant Sakai, where you can have lunch❤

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, centrally located and close to all the must-see sights in Kyoto. I loved being in an interesting area that wasn't overrun with tourists. Plus, being right next to the old imperial palace was a real treat. The service here was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service available. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. this place really exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.
This hotel is a great choice for families as well.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable - relatively close to Kyoto Imperial Palace. Friendly service, although a few employees were not particularly friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and new-fashioned with a lounge, a couch, and a carpet.

We had the most lovely romantic escape at this boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom amenities. We also loved the rooftop bar, which had stunning views of the city and was the perfect spot for a sunset drink. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
That the entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing, and we had to walk down some stairs to get to the lobby. the hotel didn't have a gym or pool, which would have been nice to have for a longer stay.

The hotel is located in a quaint neighborhood away from the main tourist attractions, which allowed us to explore the local culture. There were neat local restaurants and breakfast spots in Gion or Pontocho, offering delicious food. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, providing us with a rather stern, matter-of-fact reminder of when the check-in time is. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom and amenities. We enjoyed the view from our room and appreciated the facilities provided such as an iPod dock and Nespresso machine.
The hotel lacked a connection with the neighborhood and did not seem aware of the local trends and hotspots.

All good — we appreciated this trendy boutique hotel — the food was reasonably priced and the staff were amazingly nice and exceptionally pleasant.

My thanksgiving stay was amazing! The hotel was located in a bustling area close to multiple bus and train lines. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and a spa-like bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the complimentary snack box and Nespresso machine in the room. One of the best aspects was the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the city skyline. The hotel restaurant also offered delicious food and reasonable prices.
The bathroom lighting was too dim for putting on makeup and some of the light switches were placed in awkward locations. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
